EXCELLENCE DANMARK

Excellence Danmark offers a manageable toolbox developed with knowledge and experience from the best European organizations and with the aim of creating excellent organisations. The toolbox guides management to put on work clothes, master the tools and thereby learn how to manage and improve the organization. With more than 20 years of experience, Excellence Danmark facilitates this apprenticeship which will create visible value both short and long-term. A successful organisation is characterized by adding value to its stakeholders through visionary and wise leadership and a culture based on meaning.

These simple, fundamental elements create the foundation of the toolbox, methods, and inspiration which Excellence Danmark provide to organisations – private as well as public.

Excellence Danmark finds its ’raison d’être’ by working with ambitious leaders and employees who want to learn and master the thoughts of Excellence, the methods, and the experiences through challenging organisational dialogue and development.

THE NEW EXCELLENCE MODEL IS HERE

MEANING

Organizational meaning is “oxygen” for people in a workplace. A well formulated and lived purpose must be clear in the organization’s mission of giving a 24/7 collective mantra which confirms the organization’s existence. Why? Because employees ask for meaning every day.
Who will miss your organization if it is no longer here tomorrow? This is an important question to ask because it tests your organization’s ‘raison d’être’. An organization’s reason to exist must be formulated and communicated through a meaningful mission creating clarity and enabling the organization to make the right decisions and complete them on time and with precision. A clear meaning and mission will be the foundation of a process-oriented and sustainable organization. Why are you allowed to exist?
